How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account settings and click "Cancel Subscription." You keep access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.

How accurate are the sales estimates?

Sales figures are estimates based on publicly available signals (review counts, pricing). They are not verified by Gumroad or product creators. Use them as directional indicators, not exact numbers.

How often is the data updated?

We refresh product data daily. Velocity trends and growth metrics are computed from periodic snapshots.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade, you pay the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.

I'm a Gumroad creator and I want my products removed.

Email contact@infoprodspy.com with the products you want delisted. We process removal requests within 30 days.

I was charged but didn't receive access.

Check your spam folder for the confirmation email. If you still can't access your account, email us with your payment receipt and we'll sort it out.
