By creating an account on InfoProdSpy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Using InfoProdSpy after we update these terms means you accept the changes.
InfoProdSpy is a market intelligence platform that tracks publicly available product listings on Gumroad. We aggregate public data, estimate sales performance, classify products by niche, and present analytics dashboards to help you make business decisions. InfoProdSpy is an independent service — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Gumroad Inc.
The keyword here is estimate. Sales figures, revenue numbers, and growth trends displayed on InfoProdSpy are derived from publicly available signals like review counts and pricing. They are not verified by Gumroad or by the product creators themselves. Do not treat them as audited financials.
You need an account to use InfoProdSpy. One person per account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your login. If you think someone else has accessed your account, tell us immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old. If you are using InfoProdSpy on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
InfoProdSpy offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access until then, but there are no partial refunds for unused time.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. Since you get immediate access to a digital service, there is nothing to “return.” We may, at our discretion, issue goodwill refunds in exceptional cases (duplicate charges, billing errors), but this is not a right.
If we change pricing, we will notify you at least 30 days before your next renewal. You can cancel before the new price applies.

If we detect automated access or scraping, we will suspend your account without warning. Continued access after suspension is unauthorized access.
The raw facts about Gumroad products (prices, titles, review counts) are public information. But our curation, analysis, scoring, classifications, and the way we present it — that is ours. The InfoProdSpy interface, brand, code, and analytics are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You keep ownership of anything you bring to InfoProdSpy. We don't claim rights over your data. We only use it to provide the service.
This is worth repeating, clearly: InfoProdSpy provides estimates, not verified numbers. Sales counts are approximations. Revenue figures are projections. Trends are based on snapshots taken at specific intervals.
We do our best to keep data accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. If you make a business decision based on our estimates and it doesn't work out, that is on you. Our data is a research tool, not financial advice.
InfoProdSpy is provided as-is. We don't guarantee the service will be available 100% of the time, that data will be error-free, or that the service will meet your particular needs.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, InfoProdSpy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or missed business opportunities — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can close your account anytime from your settings. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We'll try to give notice first, but we are not obligated to if the violation is serious (scraping, abuse, fraud).
After termination, we delete your personal data within 60 days. The sections about intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
If you believe content on InfoProdSpy infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@infoprodspy.com with: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL where it appears on our site, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of InfoProdSpy will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or unauthorized access.
You agree to resolve disputes individually. No class actions, no class arbitrations. You have 30 days from account creation to opt out of this arbitration clause by emailing contact@infoprodspy.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will email active users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use InfoProdSpy after the notice period means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree, cancel your account before the changes apply.
